She emphasized that the current government has not addressed the issues faced by the Italian community and expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of representation. Grosaru's legal action is expected to be dismissed due to established constitutional jurisprudence, which limits judicial review of presidential decrees regarding prime ministerial appointments. The case is set for a hearing at the Bucharest Court of Appeal.
