eVoost AI, an AI-based operating system for residential sales, is now operational in Romania, having expanded significantly since its founding in 2024. The company, co-founded by Koh Onozawa Martínez and Cristian G. Pastrana, has seen its managed residential volume grow from $234 million to over $3.5 billion in just two years. eVoost AI is currently supporting 35 active projects across five markets, including Romania, where it aims to leverage its technological expertise. The company operates on a B2B model, charging developers based on sales performance, and reports conversion rates up to four times higher than traditional sales methods.
