Evoke România has extended its lease for 2,500 square meters at Business Garden Bucharest, facilitated by Colliers. The complex, managed by Vastint România, has a 90% occupancy rate and has leased 9,500 square meters in the past year. Evoke's decision reflects confidence in the location and partnership with Vastint, highlighting the demand for modern office spaces. Business Garden Bucharest features high sustainability standards, with Building A achieving a LEED certification score of 98. Vastint, active in Romania since 2008, manages two office projects totaling over 95,000 square meters, with plans to expand further by 2026.
