Eurowind Energy a pus în funcțiune sistemul de stocare de la Teiuș

Eurowind Energy România has completed and launched a 120 MWh battery energy storage system in Teiuș, Alba County, with a total investment of 21 million euros. The project received funding through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and was executed under a full EPC contract with Visual Fan S.A. The system aims to enhance energy network flexibility and resilience, allowing for surplus energy absorption and timely delivery to the grid. The company plans to invest in over 500 MW in Romania, targeting 1 GW by 2030. The BESS utilizes lithium iron phosphate batteries for safety and thermal stability, equipped with advanced monitoring and safety systems.
