Eurostat: Românii au avut venituri mai mici, rata de economisire s-a redus cel mai mult din UE

In the first quarter of 2026, household savings in the EU increased slightly, while investment rates fell. Hungary saw the largest savings increase, while Romania experienced the most significant decline. Real income per capita rose modestly in the EU, but consumption decreased. In Romania, disposable income dropped significantly, alongside a slight decline in individual consumption expenditures.
