Europa se pregătește să-i spună un „Nu” ferm lui Trump. SUA au cerut țărilor europene să pună pe piață motorină din rezerve strategice

Five European countries have agreed to respond collectively to U.S. pressure regarding diesel reserves during an emergency meeting. France, Germany, the UK, Italy, and Ireland, along with the European Commission, discussed strategies to address U.S. demands for releasing fuel from strategic reserves. They aim for a coordinated position and to ensure decisions are made at the International Energy Agency (IEA) level. The U.S. has requested the release of approximately 19 billion liters of diesel, significantly impacting EU reserves. Rising diesel prices in the U.S. due to geopolitical tensions have increased pressure on President Trump to act before the midterm elections.
