This increase of 6.7 bani in one day reflects a 1.27% rise, surpassing previous records from the last decade. Other currencies also showed high values, with the US dollar at 4.7519 lei and the British pound at 6.2764 lei. The price of gold has risen to 639.2010 lei, indicating market volatility.
