Euro îți mărește ratele fără să-ți schimbe contractul. Ce înseamnă un curs de 5.34 lei pentru chirie, rata la credit și leasing

Households paying rent, loans, and leasing in euros are facing increased costs due to the depreciation of the leu against the euro, despite unchanged contract amounts. The euro's rise to 5.34 lei has led to higher monthly payments, impacting budgets significantly. For instance, a rent of 500 euros now costs 2,670 lei, up from 2,540 lei a year ago, resulting in an additional 130 lei monthly. Similarly, loan and leasing payments have also increased, with potential further rises if the euro reaches 5.41 lei. This situation creates a hidden cost for those earning in lei while owing in euros, as the actual payment in lei rises without any change in the contract terms.
