The Bucharest City Hall announced that safety measures for the Rahova building will begin on September 21, nearly a year after an explosion. The local administration has completed evaluations of surrounding apartments and clarified a detailed monitoring report. Construction will start with the installation of temporary support pillars, monitored by law enforcement. The project, awarded to a single company, Apolodor, is set to last 80 days and costs 1.3 million lei.
