Elcen announced a temporary shutdown of CET Grozăvești for maintenance today, ensuring safe operation of natural gas installations. The outage will last from 09:00 to 15:00, minimizing impact on consumers. The work aims to prevent future failures and is scheduled during low demand hours. Currently, the heating system operates at 73%, with 2,406 blocks without hot water. Elcen also highlighted outstanding debts owed by Termoenergetica, totaling approximately 1.5 billion lei, with significant unpaid subsidies from PMB.
