Students will enjoy their first mini-holiday at the beginning of October, with no classes on October 5, coinciding with International Education Day. This day is part of a long weekend that includes October 3 and 4. The school year 2026-2027, approved by the Ministry of Education, outlines this day as a non-teaching day for pre-university education. Following the autumn break, winter vacation is scheduled from December 23, 2026, to January 10, 2027, with classes resuming on January 11. Each school inspectorate will determine a week off in February, while spring break is set for April 24 to May 4, 2027, and summer vacation begins on June 19, 2027, after classes end. The school year will consist of 36 weeks of classes.
