Elevii români au câştigat trei medalii de bronz la Olimpiada Internaţională de Economie - Economica.net

Romania secured three bronze medals at the 2026 International Economics Olympiad in Shenzhen, China, with a team of five students. The medals were awarded to Radu Nedea, Robert Bercea, and Iustin Alexandru Gheorghe. The Romanian team, led by Cristian Gheorghe, has now achieved a total of 21 awards in eight participations. The competition, supported by Nobel laureate Eric Maskin, tests students' skills in economics and finance. A national training program organized by RECE prepared over 500 students for the event, culminating in the selection of two teams for international competitions. Bucharest will host the inaugural International Business and Finance Olympiad in August 2026.
