Initially proposed to postpone the exam for four years, the decision was made to strengthen the National Assessment instead. The bill faced delays in the Senate due to disagreements among parties, but ultimately led to the cancellation of the exam. The interim Minister of Education emphasized the need for equal opportunities for all students, regardless of their background. The initiative will now proceed to the Senate for a final vote.
