Elev din Iaşi, despăgubit de liceu cu 20.000 de euro, după ce un coleg l-a bătut

A high school in Iași has been ordered to pay €20,000 in damages to a student injured during a sports class due to a lack of supervision. The incident occurred in March 2022 when a fight broke out between two students, resulting in one suffering a broken collarbone. The court found the school liable for not providing adequate supervision during the incident. Although the victim's parents initially sought €100,000 in damages from the school and the aggressor's parents, the court deemed this amount excessive. The decision can be appealed.
