Electro-Alfa International S.A. has completed the acquisition of 99.99% of Elcomex IEA S.A., as announced to investors and shareholders. This follows the Competition Council's approval of the transaction last year. Electroalfa specializes in electrical and mechanical design services, equipment supply, installation, and maintenance. Elcomex I.E.A. focuses on technical-industrial activities, particularly maintenance of industrial and electrical equipment. Both companies are led by prominent business figures in the industry.
