Electro-Alfa a finalizat achiziția Elcomex

Electro-Alfa International has completed the registration of its acquisition of 99.99% of Elcomex IEA's share capital, as announced to investors. The transaction was authorized by the Competition Council in October 2025. Electroalfa provides electrical and mechanical design services, equipment delivery, installation, and maintenance, while Elcomex IEA specializes in industrial equipment maintenance and electrical installation subcontracting.
