Electrica vrea să atragă un împrumut de 355 de milioane de euro de la BEI

Electrica SA plans to secure a €355 million loan and invest €185 million in energy storage from the European Investment Bank. The funds will support the modernization of energy distribution networks and the development of a battery storage portfolio with a capacity of up to 800 MWh. An extraordinary shareholders' meeting is scheduled for December 10, 2026.
