Electrica has concluded the first edition of Shadow Volt, a unique program in Romania that allows young individuals direct access to executive leadership and decision-making processes. The winners, Ana-Maria Constantin, Georgiana Dumitru, and Eduard Frățilă, will spend a month working alongside the CEO, CFO, and CBDO on a joint project, utilizing company resources and budget. Over 150 candidates applied, with 22 qualifying for the final selection process, which included practical tests to assess their problem-solving and decision-making skills. The program emphasizes idea generation over traditional CV submissions, aiming to engage participants actively in decision-making rather than mere observation. The winners will gain hands-on experience in various company areas, culminating in a public presentation of their project results at the annual "Energie pentru România" event.
