This move aims to enhance stability amid a national energy alert. Previously, CET Grozăvești focused solely on thermal energy production. The reactivation supports both electricity and thermal energy supply for Bucharest. ELCEN is also preparing to restart CET Progresu, further increasing flexibility and security in energy supply. The company emphasizes the importance of maintaining and modernizing energy production capacities to meet national demands.
