Despite these financial challenges, Elcen is preparing for the winter season by modernizing its thermal plants and ensuring energy stability. Projects include the construction of new high-efficiency cogeneration plants and the modernization of existing facilities to reduce emissions and improve operational efficiency. Elcen aims to maintain a reliable energy supply during peak consumption periods.
