ELCEN are de recuperat 1,5 miliarde de lei de la Termoenergetica

Electrocentrale București (ELCEN) is owed approximately 1.5 billion lei by the Municipal Company Termoenergetica for unpaid bills. ELCEN is preparing its plants for the winter season while emphasizing the need for financial stability and investment in energy security. The company is conducting technical maintenance and repairs across its facilities, with ongoing modernization projects, including a new hot water boiler at CTE București Sud. ELCEN is also working on three new high-efficiency cogeneration plants, crucial for Bucharest's energy transition.
