Egalitatea de gen la nivel global va fi atinsă peste 120 de ani, arată un raport al Forumului Economic Mondial
The World Economic Forum's annual gender gap report reveals that gender equality is still 120 years away, with minimal progress in the past year. Women are significantly underrepresented in the AI sector, holding only 19.3% of engineering roles and often in lower-paying positions. Although the percentage of female founders in AI has increased, men are advancing more rapidly. The report indicates stagnation in women's leadership roles for the fourth consecutive year, with alarming disparities in political empowerment. Iceland leads in gender equality, followed by Finland and Norway.
