„Eco”, „verde”, „durabil”: comercianții nu mai pot folosi aceste etichete fără dovezi. Ce spune noua lege
New regulations in Romania prohibit merchants from using terms like "eco" or "green" without evidence to support their claims. Starting September 27, 2026, businesses must provide verifiable information about the environmental impact of their products. This includes details on repairability, warranties, and software updates. Misleading labels that suggest sustainability without certification are also banned. Consumers will have access to more information regarding product durability, repair options, and legal guarantees. These changes align with broader EU directives aimed at combating deceptive environmental marketing practices.
