Eclipsa de Soare din 2026: satul unde se întunecă de două ori

Avellanosa de Muñó, a sparsely populated village, is preparing for a rare total solar eclipse on August 12, 2026. This event will be the first total eclipse visible in continental Europe since 1999 and in Spain since 1912. The village's unique landscape, with minimal artificial light, makes it an ideal viewing spot. The eclipse will occur just before sunset, creating a double twilight effect. Additionally, the Perseid meteor shower will coincide with the eclipse, enhancing the experience. Local communities are organizing observation points, and the nearby caves will provide excellent vantage points for this celestial event.
