The e-Terra application has resumed operations after a cyber attack disrupted the cadastral system, affecting real estate transactions. Notaries can now request land registry extracts for authentication and information. Approximately 94,000 requests were pending at the time of the incident, and ANCPI is prioritizing their resolution. The system recorded nearly 25,000 requests on its first day back, with all offices completing the registration of requests received during the downtime. Other ANCPI platforms remain unavailable, but the working hours for submitting requests have been extended.
