She highlighted multiple direct purchases made in violation of the law, including luxury lingerie and perfumes. Significant amounts were spent on direct contracts for items like printers and furniture, bypassing legal procurement limits. Two companies were identified as frequent winners of these contracts. Buzoianu called for the resignation of ANM's director, Elena Mateescu, citing a lack of accountability and transparency in the administration's spending practices.
