După ce a scăpat de pierderea licenței, ROMATSA rămâne fără bani din cauza popririi Pfizer. Guvernul deblochează un ajutor de urgență

The Romanian Ministry of Finance has approved the allocation of 135.622 million lei to ensure the operational continuity of ROMATSA amid funding issues. This decision aims to maintain safety in air navigation services, which are crucial for both domestic and transit flights. The funding is temporary, addressing a liquidity problem caused by a legal dispute involving Pfizer and the Romanian state, which led to the blocking of ROMATSA's accounts. The situation was discussed at the Supreme Council of National Defense due to its implications for national security and NATO operations. Recently, the High Court ruled in favor of ROMATSA, resolving the legal challenges it faced.
