Inspire Asset Management, founded by Iulian Stanciu, has acquired a stake in NIBIRU Real Estate, which is developing a leisure project in Costinești, Romania. The investment follows a structured financing approach and is pending approval from the Competition Council. Stanciu expressed his commitment to supporting Romanian entrepreneurship and believes in the potential of the NIBIRU project, which has already attracted over two million visitors in its first season. NIBIRU, a €50 million project, aims for regional expansion and has created numerous opportunities for local entrepreneurs. Stanciu previously sold his stake in eMAG, Romania's largest online retailer.
