După aruncarea în aer a stâncii Pârjoaia, Miruță anunță că Dunărea a crescut cu 2 centimetri în zona centralei de la Cernavodă
Interim Minister Radu Miruță announced a 2 cm rise in the Danube's water level at Cernavodă, following the detonation of a rock to stabilize the river's flow. This increase is expected to extend the nuclear plant's operation by two days, potentially saving millions. The operation involved 180 kg of explosives to displace the rock near the Danube's Bala arm, aiming for a 10-12 cm rise in water level. Hydrologists predict a decrease in the Danube's flow, possibly dropping below historical lows. A state of alert has been declared in Romania due to reduced energy production from low river levels.
