Despite ongoing US sanctions, Dmitriev believes cooperation is possible. He noted that discussions are also focused on resolving payment issues related to a recent diesel agreement. Dmitriev emphasized that progress is challenging but believes the relationship is thawing, with potential initiatives on the horizon. He mentioned that brainstorming sessions in the US are already considering how to lift some sanctions, aiming for effective payment solutions for future projects.
