Dunărea începe să crească în Ungaria. Magyar anunță încetarea reducerii voluntare a consumului de energie • Newsweek România
Hungary's Prime Minister Péter Magyar announced the end of voluntary energy consumption reduction as the Danube River begins to rise. The call for reduced energy use was initiated due to low water levels affecting electricity production, particularly at the Paks nuclear plant. Although the situation has improved, ecological issues remain, and navigation difficulties persist due to shallow waters. Rain in the Danube basin is expected to further raise water levels in the coming days.
