Dunărea continuă să scadă. Debitul la intrarea în ţară va ajunge la 1300 mc/s până în 21 august
The Danube's flow is expected to decrease to 1300 m3/s by August 21, significantly below the historical average. This decline has led to the shutdown of two reactors at the Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant, which contributed about 20% of the dispatchable energy. The Ministry of Energy assures that there are sufficient resources to cover the production deficit, including wind energy and hydro production. Additionally, the National Energy System has a high cross-border capacity for electricity imports. Authorities continue to urge responsible consumption, especially during peak hours.
