Dunărea a ajuns la minime istorice. La centrala nucleară de la Cernavodă, nivelul e la doar 3 cm de limita de siguranță

The National Administration "Apele Române" announced temporary measures to increase water discharge from the Iezer reservoir to address severe hydrological conditions on the Danube River. This action is part of emergency protocols established by the National Committee for Emergency Situations to ensure safe operation of the Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant. Currently, Danube levels are critically low, necessitating urgent interventions. The discharge will be increased by 20 m³/s from October 10 to 18, 2026, while maintaining sufficient water volume in the reservoir. The measures are coordinated with other water management actions to optimize efficiency and ensure national energy security.
