Dublu aur pentru România la CE de canotaj de la Varese

Romania won two gold medals on the second day of the European Rowing Championships in Varese, Italy. The first gold was secured by the women's double sculls team of Simona Radiș and Adriana Adams, who set a new continental record. The second gold came from the men's double sculls team of Ștefan Berariu and Florin Lehaci. Romania has more finals scheduled for the day, with five additional events to follow.
