Traffic will resume on the road connecting Splaiul Unirii to Bulevardul Corneliu Coposu starting Tuesday morning, as announced by Sector 4 Mayor Daniel Băluță. The reopening follows the completion of necessary works, including road and sidewalk repairs, ensuring safety for users. This project aims to enhance urban mobility and infrastructure safety in Bucharest. The construction has faced challenges, but significant progress has been made, with over 75% of the new structure completed. Future plans include a new tram line and the start of works on the Unirii Passage in 2028.
