The Ministry of National Defense detected aerial targets near the Romanian border. Spanish F-18 aircraft were deployed for monitoring, along with a Romanian helicopter. Authorities urged the public to remain calm and seek shelter for 90 minutes. This marks the second extreme alert in under four hours, with Tulcea experiencing a significant increase in alerts since the start of the year.
