On Monday, the Romanian Ministry of National Defense's radar system detected an aerial target near the border with Romania. Two F-16 aircraft were deployed to monitor the situation. The National Military Command Center informed the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations to alert the population in northern Tulcea County, sending a Ro-Alert message. No breaches of national airspace were reported, and the alert for northern Tulcea was lifted shortly after.
