Drepturile pentru victimele Mineriadei nu se acordă automat. Ce condiții trebuie îndeplinite

Victims of the June 1990 events can receive monthly compensation and other benefits, but must undergo a recognition process. The law, effective January 2027, allows descendants of deceased individuals, injured persons, and those arrested to apply for recognition. Applications must be submitted to the SSRML, which will assess them and issue certificates. Certain individuals, such as former Communist officials, are excluded from benefits. The law provides for a monthly indemnity, early retirement, and free medical care, but the full procedure is not yet finalized, raising concerns about document availability for applicants.
