A 15-year-old boy was sentenced to 15 years in a juvenile detention center for the murder of his friend Mario. His parents are also required to pay over one million euros in damages to Mario's family. Another 15-year-old, charged with aiding the perpetrator, received a six-month daily assistance program instead of detention. A 13-year-old involved in the crime had the investigation closed and was placed in a specialized center. The Timiș court's decision can be appealed.
