Dragoș Pîslaru: „Pe partea de grant din PNRR, România va avea o absorbţie pe suma nerambursabilă de peste 90%”

Romania is expected to achieve over 90% absorption of non-reimbursable funds from the PNRR, totaling approximately 13.56-13.57 billion euros, according to interim Minister Dragoș Pîslaru. The main risks now relate to unfulfilled reforms, particularly the unified salary law, rather than investments. Pîslaru emphasized that most implementation efforts occurred under the previous government, with significant progress in both investments and reforms. He criticized past governments for delays and clarified that issues were not due to European institutions but rather a lack of understanding of the PNRR's potential.
