The net amount requested is approximately €4.35 billion, which includes both non-repayable European funds and loans. The request encompasses 104 targets and milestones related to various sectors such as transport, energy, health, and education. Key projects include water network expansions, construction of nurseries, and energy efficiency renovations. The submission marks the end of the payment request phase, with the European Commission set to evaluate the reforms and investments before any payments are made.
