The Competition Council has approved Dr. Max SRL's acquisition of 18 Evofarm pharmacies previously operated by Marcos Provit. The pharmacies are located in several counties, including Brașov, where 10 are situated, although not all will be taken over. Marcos Provit, established over a decade ago, has a significant logistics network in southeastern Romania, operating 100 Evofarm pharmacies and three logistics centers. The group serves clients in various European countries.
