A man from Ulmi, Giurgiu County, attempted to retake his driving test while intoxicated, registering 0.12 mg/L of alcohol. Police were alerted to test him after he arrived at the exam. Previously, he had his driving license revoked and was trying to regain it. He received an immediate penalty of 21 points for being under the influence during the test. Authorities remind future drivers that there is zero tolerance for alcohol consumption when driving.
