They recommend keeping doors and windows open and avoiding entry during the first few days of fermentation when risks are highest. Symptoms of carbon dioxide poisoning can range from headaches and dizziness to severe cases leading to unconsciousness and death. Another similar incident occurred in Odaia Bogdana, where three people were also found unconscious in a cellar.
