The AEP's investigation focused on compliance with financial regulations for 2025. The Sebeșul Verde Party failed to provide requested documents, preventing a proper audit. The Alianța Moților Uniți was found to lack organized accounting and a bank account. No sanctions were imposed on either party despite these findings. Previous audits had already identified issues with the Sebeșul Verde Party's financial documentation, leading to fines in earlier years.
