Two commercial vessels were attacked by drones in the Black Sea, within Bulgarian territorial waters. The cargo ship "Chelsea 3" was hit by three drones, leading to the evacuation of its 15 crew members, five of whom required medical attention. Another vessel sank nearby, with one crew member rescued. Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev announced plans to discuss the incidents with the Russian ambassador and NATO's Secretary General, while stating that there is currently insufficient evidence to determine the drones' origin. The Bulgarian government seeks international support for an investigation into the attacks.
