Four individuals were trapped in a lift in Cluj-Napoca, requiring firefighters to use rescue equipment to free them. This incident was the second lift-related emergency in the city within hours. The trapped individuals, two men and two women, were stuck between the basement and the ground floor. Firefighters faced challenges due to the lack of contact information for the lift maintenance team. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and all four individuals were unharmed. Earlier, another lift incident occurred where smoke was detected, but no one was inside at the time.
