Două focare de variolă la oi şi capre, confirmate în Constanţa. Ce abateri grave au găsit inspectorii • Newsweek România
Two outbreaks of sheep and goat pox have been confirmed in Constanța, with serious violations found by veterinary inspectors. The affected farms have a total of 1,163 animals, and inspectors reported issues such as hidden mortality rates, unregistered animals, and lack of mandatory identification tags. ANSVSA warns that irresponsible actions by some farmers undermine veterinary efforts and will lead to severe penalties. The agency emphasizes that compensation for losses will only be granted if all health regulations are followed. Increased inspections will be conducted nationwide to combat illegal animal movements.
