Două firme s-au înțeles să-i înșele pe români cu prețul la zahăr. Motivul pentru care Consiliul Concurenței le-a dat o amendă redusă

The Romanian Competition Council fined two companies over 52 million lei for price-fixing of sugar. Agrana Sales & Marketing GmbH and Agrana România SRL, along with Lucsor Impex SRL, coordinated to set sugar prices above competitive levels. Agrana admitted to violating competition laws, resulting in a reduced fine of 42.18 million lei, while Lucsor Impex was fined 9.91 million lei. The Council emphasized that such agreements are illegal and undermine market competition. The fines will contribute to the state budget, and the National Agency for Fiscal Administration will enforce the penalties.
