The first quake, measuring 2.9, struck at 02:41:35, while the second, stronger at 3.5, hit at 04:22:25. Safety measures include calmly evacuating buildings and protecting oneself from falling debris. In case of blocked exits, breaking windows is advised for escape. Injured individuals should be freed and given first aid.
